Terms of Service Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wyvr ("the App"), operated by Wyvr ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wyvr. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Not Financial Advice

Wyvr is a personal finance education and tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or fiduciaries. All calculations, projections, and AI coaching insights are estimates for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified licensed professional before making financial decisions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@wyvr.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features of Wyvr — including but not limited to the name "Wyvr," the tagline "Watch Your Value Rise," the logo, the user interface, and all underlying software — are the exclusive proprietary property of Wyvr and are protected by United States and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute any content or code from the App; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) use the App to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; (f) resell or sublicense access to the App without our written consent.

6. Accuracy of Information

All calculations — including debt payoff timelines, interest estimates, credit score estimates, investment projections, and net worth figures — are based solely on the information you provide and are estimates only. Wyvr makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any output and is not liable for financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Wyvr Rise, Wyvr Peak, Wyvr Nest) are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

8. Affiliate Disclosures

Wyvr may display recommendations for third-party financial products or services. We may receive compensation if you sign up through our referral links. This compensation never influences our recommendations. All affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyvr and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version will always be available at wyvr.app.

This Privacy Policy describes how Wyvr ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Wyvr app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name and email address when you register

• Financial data you enter: income, bills, credit card balances, loan balances, investment accounts, savings goals, and subscription information

• Usage data: how you interact with the App (pages visited, features used) to improve the product

• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Wyvr service

• Generate personalized financial insights and calculations

• Send account-related emails (receipts, security alerts, product updates)

• Comply with legal obligations

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal or financial data to any third party

• We do not share your data with advertisers

• We do not use your financial data to train AI models

• We do not send marketing emails without your consent

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the App: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic (AI coaching features). Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security practices. We do not share more data with these providers than is necessary to provide the service.

6. Your Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Delete your account and all associated data

• Opt out of any future marketing communications

• Data portability — request a copy of your data in a readable format

California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@wyvr.app.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Wyvr is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@wyvr.app and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal and financial data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

9. Cookies

The App uses essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. The most current version will always be available at wyvr.app. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
