Terms of Service Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Wyvr ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Wyvr app. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the App:

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security practices. We do not share more data with these providers than is necessary to provide the service.

Plaid Integration & Financial Data

Wyvr uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to enable users to optionally connect their bank accounts and financial institutions to the App. By connecting your financial accounts through Plaid, you authorize Wyvr to access your account balances, transaction history, and related financial data through Plaid's services.

When you connect a financial account through Plaid:

Plaid's data handling practices are governed by Plaid's Privacy Policy. By using the bank connectivity feature, you also agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.

Your Rights — CCPA & GDPR

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of any future marketing communications
  • Data portability — request a copy of your data in a readable format

California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children's Privacy — COPPA

Wyvr is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@wyvr.app and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal and financial data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Cookies

The App uses essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. The most current version will always be available at wyvr.app/privacy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
